DRIP© is a small-group (3-6) person trauma-informed integration meta-relating process for restoring flow to the relational space stuck in conflicts.
“DRIP: Transforming the relational space, one intentional drop at a time.”
It is based on integrity, accountability, and acknowledgment. A DRIP© Facilitator gently guides the individuals (couples, friends, frenemies, co-workers, and students) through a 7-Step Process that seeks to dis-cover what lies at the heart of the conflict – the emotional residue.
This somatic-emotional awareness process uses minimal conversation. It is nonjudgmental and facilitates a win-win-win through healing integration, revealing, and restoring.
DRIP© is an excellent tool for supporting more extensive group processes. When a conflict arises, what do you do? You DRIP the flow back into the relational space.
This is also an introduction to a first-of-a-kind Conflict Triage System based on Wendy’s medical, law enforcement, and military background.
Wendy’s DRIP© process is scaffolded by great works like Otto Scharmer’s Theory U, William Ury’s books, Polyvagal Theory, and Thomas Hubl’s CTIP.
