From Me to You

My Journey and Purpose

Welcome to Sync With Life. My name is Wendy A. Watkins, and this space is the culmination of a life shaped by profound transformations, challenges, and a relentless pursuit of healing—both for myself and others.

My journey has taken me through diverse roles: emergency medicine, law enforcement, anesthesia, and the military. Each chapter taught me the importance of precision, courage, and resilience, but it also exposed me to the deep impact of trauma and disconnection. These experiences planted the seeds of my work today, but the real turning points came during three key moments in my life.

Key Moments

2001

In 2001, while attending medical school, I experienced a profound transformation that led me to leave my program and seek a deeper understanding of healing. It was a painful yet liberating decision, one that redirected my path from conventional medicine toward body-based and spiritual practices. This decision shaped the foundation of my work, blending scientific precision with the emotional and spiritual layers of the human experience.

2018

In 2018, after years of professional success, I was confronted with a traumatic remembering that shook me to my core. For a brief time, I turned to numbing behaviors, but through this darkness, I found a deeper commitment to my own healing. This moment marked a turning point, leading me to practices that centered on embodiment, emotional integration, and somatic awareness. It was here that I realized healing was not a distant ideal—it was something to be woven into the fabric of everyday life.

2019

In 2019, I attended an Eckhart Tolle conference that deepened my spiritual awakening and introduced me to Thomas Hübl’s work on collective trauma integration. This encounter opened the door to a community and a way of being that transformed how I understood and approached healing—not just for individuals but for relationships and communities as a whole. These teachings, along with influences from pioneers like Peter Levine and Diane Poole Heller, solidified the foundation of Sync With Life.

My passion today is creating tools and processes that make healing practical and accessible, no matter where you are or what your circumstances may be.

My passion today is creating tools and processes that make healing practical and accessible, no matter where you are or what your circumstances may be. Whether you’re navigating conflict, processing personal pain, or seeking a sense of belonging, I want you to know that healing is possible.

Sync With Life was born from these pivotal moments. My work is grounded in the belief that every human heart is sacred and that together, we can restore flow, awaken potential, and remember who we truly are. This isn’t just about fixing what’s broken—it’s about creating a life of connection, resilience, and hope.

Thank you for being here. My hope is that Sync With Life inspires and empowers you on your journey toward healing and wholeness.
Warm Blessings
