What services are offered, and how are they described?
Are there restrictions on who can book (e.g., age, location)?

They must be at least 18 years of age and must be willing to sign a health declaration. Flor, has our health declaration.

How do clients book services (online, email, phone)?
What payment methods are accepted, and is payment required upfront?

Clients booked their appointments online or via email preferably online. Most of our work is group work so it will be when a class is filled and offered. We do some individual work and that will be through appointment scheduling arrangement.

We accept stripe and PayPal for now. Payment must be received 24 hours prior to the course or appointment start date.

Cancellations & Refunds

 
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the start of the course. If done so they will receive a 75% refund within 14 business days. Failure to cancel within 48 hours in writing they will forfeit their payment but be given one option for rescheduling in the next class cycle.

Do clients need to sign waivers or consent forms?
What personal data is collected, and how is it used or stored?

Each client must have a non-disclosure agreement and health statement signed within 24 hours prior to the initiation of any work. The health statements and NDA’s will remain in electronic files for five years. We do not keep client records, progress, notes, or other personal information for any of our clients. The client remains 100% responsible for their self-care and must have their own resources in place prior to the initiation of Sync with life 🧬❤🗺 practices and processes, and events.

We electronically store the information in a cloud and through our electronic records. Minimal information is retained in order to protect our clients privacy, and we will not share or sell your information.

We do collect information: client names, email addresses, phone number,s, and residing location. We also keep the information regarding their enrollment status and courses completed.

What laws govern your terms (e.g., local or international)? We are governed by the laws particular to the location of the event hosting.

How are disputes handled (e.g., arbitration, mediation)? Disputes will be handled through dynamic relational integration process as the initial form of mediation.

The nondisclosure agreement confidentiality agreement is very important for group processes to help other people‘s safety and privacy be respected. If this is breached on the part of any client, the client will receive the repercussions for this and not the company event promoters staff or syncwithlife.com
